While serving in France, Sgt. Bob Stanton's fellow soldiers threw German hand grenades, blowing massive holes under a small, cold stream. Now he reveals the unusual reason why. (:38)
On a French airstrip, under his watch at night, Sgt. Bob Stanton recalls how he stayed alert to prevent dangerous situations, and what he did during the daytime to learn how to fly. (:40)
